Leanne Graham

Non-Executive Chairperson

Leanne Graham brings over 28 years of executive sales and technology experience to Velpic, having being the highly successful former general manager and global head of sales for Xero’s New Zealand operations. More recently, she successfully drove the growth of early stage mobile employment management platform, GeoOp as Chief Executive Officer and subsequently as a Non-Executive Director. Leanne is also a successful entrepreneur and is the co-founder of iExecuteSaaS Ltd, a consulting business advising early stage and established SaaS companies on business strategy and execution.
In working with Velpic, a business with the potential to disrupt as well as transform the burgeoning online education sector and become the global standard for video eLearning in the cloud, Leanne establishes strong Go-to-Market and channel strategies, and puts systems, processes and structures in place that enable Velpic to achieve international success.

Harry Karelis

Non-Executive Director

Harry Karelis has more than 25 years’ diversified experience in the financial services sector, including private equity, Asian emerging markets, natural resources, healthcare, life science and medical technologies, and medicinal cannabis. Holding several international public and private company directorships and possessing considerable cross-border experience, Harry has established new companies in Australia, Singapore, United Kingdom and Turkey. He is instrumental in commercialising Velpic and connecting the company to investors and projects, and leverages his global networks as a bridge into global markets, in particular the United States.

Russell Francis

Chief Executive Officer

Russell Francis is an industry-disrupting entrepreneur and technology architect with more than 22 years’ international experience running successful businesses that build enterprise scale applications, web apps and mobile apps for leading organisations including Citibank, ABN AMRO, P&O, ASDA, Bankwest, Western Power and JB Were, the school community, as well as Western Australia’s most entrepreneurial start-ups.
EXIX, Russell’s first company started in UK in 1995, was acquired three years later by Silicon Valley based IT consulting firm Infogain, who retained Russell as CTO to lead his new firm as the architect and strategist for multinational companies like Lloyds TSB in finance, Dixons Stores Group in retail and At The Races in online gaming.
In 2005, he founded Reignite which combined strengths with Dash Digital and Chameleon Creative to form an integrated brand technology agency, Dash Digital. By the next year, the directors co-founded Velpic.
In 2015, Russell won Talent Unleashed Awards Most Disruptive CIO/CTO Award judged by Sir Richard Branson and a panel of global business and technology luminaries.

Daniel Rohr

Non-Executive Director

A Chartered Accountant and CFO with over 25 years’ management, corporate advisory, finance and accounting experience, Daniel has served in numerous listed and unlisted companies across a range of industries including digital technology, mining, real estate and financial services. Daniel has significant international experience from Australia, USA, UK, Zambia and Mongolia.
Daniel’s extensive experience in the IT industry includes developing and launching financial products comparison and advisory site helpmechoose.com.au; serving as CFO of eCorp Limited, a digital investment company that established eBay Australia and ninemsn (through joint ventures); as well as acquiring Ticketek and invested in the start-up of Wizard Mortgage Corporation. Daniel is also a Non-Executive Director of Cirrus Networks Limited (ASX: CNW) and CFO of HealthEngine.
